At Alessi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your design purchase. If your new home essentials aren't a perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original Alessi designer packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
