How can I track my Alessi order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain kitchenware products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Are Alessi stainless steel products dishwasher safe?
Most of our 18/10 stainless steel products are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand washing items with special finishes or wood components to maintain their luster and longevity.
